The draw for the 2017 finals involves eight teams divided into two groups of four.

The 2017 UEFA Regions' Cup finals draw will include the eight intermediate round winners and will be staged by the hosts, Istanbul, from 1 to 9 July. The teams will be drawn into two groups of four, with the winners of each section to contest the final.
Group 1: Ingulee, Kirovograd Region (UKR)
Group 2: Castilla y León (ESP)
Group 3: South Region (RUS)
Group 4: Lisboa (POR)
Group 5: Istanbul (TUR, hosts)
Group 6: Olomouc Region (CZE)
Group 7: Munster/Connacht (IRL)
Group 8: Zagreb (CRO)
Istanbul, as hosts, will be placed in position 1 of Group A. Due to previous decisions of the UEFA Executive Committee and the UEFA Emergency Committee, teams from Russia and Ukraine cannot be drawn together in the group stage.
