🌍 Travel to Munich

If you are a citizen of an EU country, you can enter Germany with your national ID card or passport.

If you are a non-EU citizen, you require a passport and may need to apply for a Schengen Visa.

Independent travel via plane, train or private car 🚄🚗

If you're not part of a charter group, here's some advice when making your own travel arrangements:

By plane✈️

Munich Airport (MUC) is a major international hub and commercial flights from / to Paris are regular. S-Bahn travel from MUC to Munich city centre on matchday is included in your match ticket.

Alternatively, you can look into flights to the following airports and then continue your journey to Munich by train:

  • Stuttgart (STR), 2.5-3h by train
  • Nuremberg (NUE), 1.5h by train
  • Innsbruck (INN), 2.h by bus and train

Remember to travel light without check-in luggage and don’t bring a bag larger than A4 size as it won’t be allowed inside the stadium.

By car 🚗

If you're planning to drive to Munich, make use of one of the 38 Park + Ride locations in and around Munich to avoid unnecessary delays searching for parking spaces in the city.

Stadium parking is very limited and strictly for pre-registered cars only. Registrations will open soon.

By train 🚄

Another option from Paris is to travel by train, with journeys taking about 6 hours. Check out the Deutsche Bahn or SNCF website for connections.

Charter coach to Munich 🚌

If you're part of a charter group and travelling to Munich by coach, you will be either taken to the PSG Fan Meeting Point, or to the PSG coach parking in Olympia "Parkharfe" (📍 Google Maps), right next to the Champions Festival.

Depending on your time of arrival, you can easily make your way to the PSG Fan Meeting Point from here by public transport, or hop on the free shuttle bus straight to the stadium if you're short on time.
