All tickets will be mobile and will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app a few days before the match. If you have not yet installed the app, we recommend doing so before travelling in order to download your ticket. For the full information on how it works, please visit our ticketing FAQs. 

Bring your debit or credit card or be ready for mobile payments to buy food, drinks and merchandise.

There will be several Official Shops outside and inside the stadium, where you can stock up on all your favourite UEFA Champions League gear such as t-shirts, hats and match scarves.

• 8 shops inside the stadium across levels 2, 3 and 5
• 5 shops outside the stadium

In addition, six mobile booths will offer the Official Matchday Programme and scarves. These booths are located outside the stadium near Gate A and inside the stadium on Level 2. Shops open three hours before kick-off.

Several UEFA Champions League partners will contribute to the pre-match excitement at the stadium with interactive activities:

⚽️ Snap a photo with the giant adidas Match Ball.

🎯 Take your shot with Voltaren and become a football darts champion.

🤖 Meet the JD.com robots and unlock prizes and merch.

All activities are located inside the stadium perimeter on the outside concourse.

Gates will open at 15:00 for an 18:00 kick-off. We recommend arriving at the stadium 3 hours before the start of the match to allow sufficient time for ticket and security checks. 

Re-entry is not permitted. If you choose to leave the stadium, you will not be allowed back in.  

You’ll still be allowed to enter the stadium as long as the security situation allows it. However, entrances may close at some point during the game and you may not be permitted entry. Start your journey well in advance and allow additional time for security and ticket checks.

Ticket holders under the age of 16 can only enter the stadium with an accompanying adult. The accompanying adult MUST have a valid match ticket.

There is no minimum age to attend the match but everyone must hold a valid match ticket to enter the stadium, regardless of their age.

You can bring flags or banners that are a maximum of 2 m x 1.5 m and flagpoles that are a maximum of 1m long and 1 cm in diameter.  

You can bring any flag or banner you like as long as they are not banned or do not carry any forbidden or discriminating symbols that constitute a criminal offence in Hungary. All items must meet the general requirements for flags / flagpoles or banners outlined above.

If you need to bring something for medical reasons that’s not permitted according to the stadium rules, you will be able to apply for an exemption.

Smoking is prohibited inside the stadium. This policy includes vaping, e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products.

We strongly recommend not bringing a bag with you on matchday. Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed inside the stadium.

No food or drink can be brought into the stadium. This includes drinks containers, whether full or empty.

Yes, alcohol will be sold at the stadium.

If you’re unable to solve the issue before arriving in Budapest, you can head to the Ticketing Centre near the stadium. You will find opening hours and location here.

You will be asked to provide valid original ID (the same ID used when purchasing the tickets and/or used for the UEFA Mobile Tickets app), so make sure you have it.
