Chelsea FC have completed the signing of Thorgan Hazard, brother of Blues playmaker Eden, from RC Lens.

Thorgan, 19, is two years younger than his sibling, who moved to Stamford Bridge last month from LOSC Lille Métropole for a reported fee of €40m. Able to play in a number of attacking positions, Thorgan will join the London club's Under-21 squad for the forthcoming season and could be loaned out to continue his development.

He signs for the European champions following a breakthrough campaign with Lens in which he made 14 appearances in the French second tier and a further 13 for their B team. A Belgian youth international, he was a member of the squad which participated at the 2011 UEFA European Under-19 Championship in Romania.
