Forty-seven players have amassed 100 or more appearances in the UEFA Champions League, the world's ultimate club competition. The UEFA Champions League's all-time appearances list includes players from the early days of the tournament as well as those still adding to their tally.

Chelsea defender Thiago Silva was the latest name on the illustrious list, reaching the landmark in his team's encounter with AC Milan in October 2022. The Brazilian centre-back's first 20 games in the competition proper came for the Italian club, his debut coming in Milan's 2-1 Matchday 1 win at Marseille on 15 September 2009. Thiago Silva was the second player to reach treble figures in the competition in 2022/23, Ángel Di María, then of Juventus, having brought up his century on Matchday 2.
