What happened in the first leg?
Erling Haaland stole the show, of course. Two first-half goals from the Norwegian sensation put Dortmund in charge, though Luuk de Jong's late effort reduced the Bundesliga side's advantage to 3-2 and gave Sevilla a sniff.

James Thorogood, Dortmund reporter: Aiming to reach the quarter-finals for the first since 2017, the importance of Dortmund's win at Sevilla has been amplified by a spate of injuries to key players. Raphaël Guerreiro and Jadon Sancho are expected to miss the second leg, as they did Saturday's 4-2 reverse to Bayern München. BVB threw away a two-goal lead in that game and will not want a repeat on Tuesday, with continental success offering a silver lining for their season.
Simon Hart, Sevilla reporter: Sevilla arrive in Dortmund on the back of three straight defeats – their worst streak under Julen Lopetegui, which includes last Wednesday’s Copa del Rey semi-final loss at Barcelona. That said, a long unbeaten run counted for nothing in the first leg, so the hope is for another result to turn domestic form on its head – this time in their favour. Goalkeeper Bounou, absent from the last two games with a finger injury, is in the travelling party while Marcos Acuña and Lucas Ocampos, missing from the first leg, are back to bring, hopefully, more menace from the wings.
