Application process
The UEFA Champions League final ticket portal was open for orders from the general public between 12.00CET on 24 February and 18.00CET on 18 March. Each applicant was asked to complete the online application form for a maximum of two tickets and entered the ticket ballot, regardless of the time of submission within the application period.

Applicants will be informed by email by Wednesday 6 April as to whether they have been successful or not. Tickets will be delivered by registered post no later than Saturday 30 April. Applicants will be able to check the status of their orders via the final ticket portal as of 6 April.

The net capacity of Wembley Stadium for the UEFA Champions League final will be about 86,000. Approximately 11,000 tickets and a total of 500 youth package tickets – for one adult and one child – have been reserved for neutral football fans

Each finalist club is entitled to take up to 25,000 tickets, which will be distributed directly to their supporters.

Price
Tickets were available in three price categories: Category 1 – £300; Category 2 – £225 (or £338 for a youth package comprising one adult and one child); Category 3 – £150; and Wheelchair £80.

Payment for all tickets is by credit card only. MasterCard is the preferred payment system, with Diners, JCB and Visa also accepted. If you are a successful applicant your credit card will be charged automatically.

No cancellations or order changes will be accepted after closure of the application phase on 18 March.

Applicants vetted
All applicants are bound by the ticketing Terms and Conditions. Action will be taken in cases of infringement.

Online applications will be checked against police data to ensure anyone banned from stadiums is unsuccessful in any attempt to purchase tickets. Persons attending the final are warned that tickets will be personalised and security checks at the stadium planned. UEFA underlines that no tickets are being distributed via agencies or brokers.

UEFA also encourages fans not to be lured into deals with touts who not only demand exorbitant prices but often are not in possession of the tickets they purport to have for sale.
