The international ticket sales phase for the 2012 UEFA Champions League final at the Fußball Arena München in Munich, Germany, on Saturday 19 May begins today for international football fans.

The 2012 UEFA Champions League final ticket portal will open at 12.00CET on Thursday 1 March when tickets go on sale to the international public – exclusively via UEFA.com.

Applicants will be able to apply for a maximum of two tickets per person (in the same price category) during a two-week period running from 1 March until Friday 16 March. Each applicant has to complete an online application form, and allocation will be decided by lottery.

Once the sales window is closed, every valid application will enter a ballot, irrespective of the time of submission within the application period, to determine which fans are allocated tickets for the Fußball Arena München showpiece. Any ticket order that is not in accordance with the 2012 UEFA Champions League final ticketing Terms and Conditions will be rejected.

Tickets come in four price categories:
Category 1: €370
Category 2: €260
Category 3: €160
Category 4: €70

Youth Package tickets for one child accompanied by one adult are available at discount prices in Category 2: €140 (1 adult + 1 child ticket).

An administrative fee will be charged per successful ticket order as follows:
Ticket orders within Germany: €10
Ticket orders within Europe: €20
Ticket orders outside Europe: €35

Payment is by credit card only and applicants will be informed by Monday 2 April if they have been successful or not in the lottery. Tickets will then be dispatched by registered post no later than the end of April.

Orders can also be put in for wheelchair tickets, with each €70 wheelchair ticket including one free seat for an accompanying person (please check the UEFA Champions League final ticketing section for further information).
