Cristiano Ronaldo voted for Real Madrid CF team-mates Sergio Ramos, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema in the FIFA Ballon d'Or vote but it was the Portuguese forward who came out on top for the second successive year in the poll of players, coaches and journalists from around the world.
