Three things to look out for this week
1) Can Napoli shackle the Reds? Carlo Ancelotti is yet to lose a UEFA game against Liverpool, having flourished with both AC Milan and Real Madrid (W3 D1). Will he prosper once more with his new side, or will Jürgen Klopp's charges build successfully on their matchday one win against Paris?
2) Valencia v Valencia! Ecuadorian right-back Antonio Valencia will come up against his namesakes for the first time if he is fielded in Manchester United's game at Mestalla. Juan Mata, meanwhile, can meet the side he represented between 2007 and 2011.
3) Tottenham playing catch-up against Barcelona. Having lost 2-1 at Inter Milan on matchday one, Spurs need points. Barcelona beat Spurs 2-1 on aggregate in the sides' lone previous meeting – a 1981/82 Cup Winners' Cup semi-final – and will look to mark Gerard Piqué's 100th #UCL game with another success.
