🌍 Getting to Leipzig
It’s a good idea to inform your airline or travel agent as early as possible if you require extra support while travelling.
For details on the services available, please visit:

Wherever you're flying from and into, it’s recommended to submit any assistance requests at least 48 hours before your journey.

♿️ Accessible public transport
Leipzig’s public transport network is designed to support travellers with accessibility needs. Most trams feature wide doors, low‑floor entry and dedicated spaces for wheelchair users. You’ll also find tactile, illuminated door openers with acoustic signals to assist passengers with visual or hearing impairments.
At stops across the city, tactile paving indicates safe boarding points and accessible tram stops are clearly marked with a wheelchair symbol on route maps. For more information, check out the LVB (Leipzig’s travel operator) guide to accessible travel on the city’s public transport network. ⬇️
🏟️ Getting to the stadium
Your journey to the stadium will depend on the entrance shown on your ticket. We recommend the following routes for fans with accessibility needs:
🚋 Take tram 4 or 51 to Feuerbachstr.
📍Approx. 400 m from the stadium
🚋 Take tram 54 to Sportforum Ost
📍Approx. 200 m from the stadium
🚋 Take tram 3, 7, 15 or 56 to Sportforum Süd
📍Approx. 500 m from the stadium
ℹ️ All tram stops around the stadium are accessible, except Marschnerstraße.
To make use of the accessible parking at the stadium, you must have applied for an accessible parking pass during the ticket purchasing process and received confirmation.
Please do not drive to the stadium without pre-booked accessible parking, as no public parking will be available.
If you received a parking pass, we recommend printing it and scanning the QR code for directions to your assigned car park, which will either be P2 (approx. 100m from the stadium entrance) or P5 (approx. 350m from the stadium entrance).
A taxi drop-off point for ticket holders with accessibility requirements will be in place near the Quarterback Arena at Willmar-Schwabe-Straße 2-4. From the drop-off point, it’s roughly 400m to the stadium’s accessible entrances.
🏟️ Stadium accessibility
A dedicated team of accessibility volunteers will be available at Leipzig Stadium to help you feel comfortable, supported and able to enjoy the match to the fullest.
These volunteers can be easily identified by their special bibs, which feature a wheelchair symbol and the words ‘Accessibility Volunteers’. If you need support or have a question, please feel free to approach them at any time. They’ll be more than happy to help!
Keep in mind that stadium rules for the UEFA Conference League final may differ from typical matchdays.
Dedicated accessible lanes will be available at Entrance South and Entrance East to help make your arrival as easy as possible. Once inside, friendly volunteers will be ready to support you, including offering a wheelchair push service to your seat. An accessible lift will be in operation at both entrances.
All tickets will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. Our ticketing team will provide updates by email in the lead-up to the final.
There are two types of accessibility tickets: Wheelchair User and Easy Access (for spectators with limited mobility). A complimentary ticket can be added to your order during the ticket payment window. Transfer the companion ticket to your guest before matchday.
If you have a Wheelchair User or Easy Access ticket and can no longer attend, you may be eligible to offer your ticket for resale. For further details, please visit the Ticketing FAQs.
If you need to bring medical equipment including any medication, such as prepared food or drink, you must bring a formal letter from your medical professional, which states your medical requirements, with you to the match. Please make sure you use the designated accessibility lane at your entrance and show the certificate to the stewards so they can assist you with your request.
🥤 Concessions
Concession stands behind the accessible seating areas include low‑level counters. A priority lane will also be available and clearly signposted with the internationally recognised disability symbol.
🚻 Toilets
Accessible toilets are located within 50 metres of accessible seating areas on Level 5 and Level 7.
♿️ Wheelchairs for loan
A limited number of wheelchairs are available to loan. To request one, please speak to an accessibility volunteer at the stadium.
ℹ️ Accessibility info points
Two accessibility info points will be available, located on the concourse behind the accessible seating on Level 5 and Level 7.
🎧 Sensory bags
Sensory bags will be available at the accessibility info points for spectators with sensory needs. These bags include noise-cancelling headphones, fidget tools, sunglasses, and communication cards.
🫶 Awareness team
A dedicated Awareness Team is available to provide psychological first aid if needed. Team members can be identified by white bibs featuring an eye symbol. They are located on the outer concourse on Level 7, behind Block 134. A designated quiet space is also available for supporters who may need a calm environment.
ADC will be available for the UEFA Conference League final. The service will be available in German, English and Spanish on the UEFA Conference League app.
Simply bring your fully charged mobile phone with the app already installed and your own pair of headphones:
- Open the UEFA Conference League app
- Tap on the 'More' menu
- Tap on 'Audio-descriptive commentary' in the 'At the event' section

If you have any questions or issues with audio-descriptive commentary, speak to one of our accessibility volunteers.
If you will be attending the match with an assistance dog, please contact the UEFA ticketing customer service in advance. There are specific seating locations for fans coming with assistance dogs, which include a dog-friendly area.
🎉 Fan Festival accessibility
We want to make the UEFA Conference League final fully accessible for everyone. The Fan Festival surface is paved and is accessible from all sides but does feature some low kerbs. All sponsor activities are access-friendly.
