Chelsea Supporter Guide 🔵
It’s time to get planning. You’ll find everything here you need to know if you’re a Chelsea supporter travelling to Wroclaw for the UEFA Conference League final.
📲 Mobile Tickets
All tickets are mobile and will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app a few days before the match.
- Make sure you have the app on your phone to download your ticket. Once logged in on one phone, you will not be able to access your tickets from another phone. Account sharing is not possible.
- In line with Chelsea FC’s ticketing policy, tickets can only be used by the season ticket holder or member named on the ticket. They cannot be transferred to a person not named on the ticket.
- If you have more than one ticket on your phone, keep in mind you must enter the stadium together. A ticket transfer after entering the stadium security perimeter is not possible.
🌍 Getting to Wroclaw
UK citizens can enter Poland with a valid passport for up to 90 days without the need for a visa.
Port Lotniczy Wroclaw is the city's major international airport and is approximately 12km from the centre of Wroclaw. There are direct flights daily from a range of cities across Europe, including London.

⚽ On matchday:
Supporters on chartered flights will have dedicated coaches taking them to the Chelsea Coach Parking, near the stadium.
Supporters on independent flights should use the free shuttle bus service between the airport and the stadium, which runs every 15 minutes from 15:00.
Wroclaw Airport ➡️ South side of Wroclaw Stadium — 🚍 15 min
If you drive to Wroclaw the recommended car park for Chelsea supporters is Chelsea Coach Parking, which is on Lotnicza Street by the stadium.
If you plan to park here you must download and print a parking pass and have it with you to get access on matchday.
Please note, access to the car park will be offered on a first come first served basis. If the car park is full, you won't get access despite having the parking pass.

Take advantage of free public transport in Wroclaw – available to all UEFA Conference League final ticket holders on matchday.

Simply show your match ticket in the UEFA Mobile Tickets app to travel inspection staff if requested.
⚽ Matchday
If you plan to be in the city centre bear in mind public street drinking is forbidden by law in Poland.
Heading to the Chelsea Fan Meeting Point before the match is a great way to soak up the matchday atmosphere near the stadium.
🚶 Walk 5 minutes from Metalowcow bus and tram stations or 20 minutes from Chelsea Coach Parking on Lotnicza Street to get to the Fan Meeting Point.

🎫 Entry: Free and open to Chelsea ticket holders only
🌭 🍺 Food and beverages: A range of options including local favourite zapiekanka (a warmed open baguette), in addition to snacks like hot dogs, nachos and fries. Beer and a selection of soft drinks will be available, including still and sparkling water.
🔵 Dresscode: Show your support, Chelsea colours only
🎤 Entertainment: The official Chelsea FC Fan Meeting Point will include live DJ performances, an opportunity to meet club mascots Stamford and Bridget, and an exclusive merchandise giveaway as well as a number of other exciting activities to be announced.
💧 Free tap water will be available to keep you hydrated.
🚫 Check out the list of forbidden items at Wroclaw Stadium, which are also prohibited at the Chelsea Fan Meeting Point. Large items like bags bigger than A4 and umbrellas are best left at home or on your coach.
👮🏽 Security checks will be in operation at the Fan Meeting Point entrance. If you leave the site at any time, readmission cannot be guaranteed.
🚾 Accessible toilets will be available on-site.
♿ The Fan Meeting Point is an open space on ground level and therefore accessible to wheelchair users.
🚍 Getting to the stadium
Gates will open at 18:00 for a 21:00 kick-off. We strongly recommend arriving at the stadium three hours before kick-off.
🔵 Enter via the Blue gate
You will only be able to enter the stadium via the Blue gate, so select a suitable travel route to ensure the quickest journey to the stadium.
Once through the Blue gate, please ensure you enter via the correct turnstile.
🚶 It's a 25-minute walk from the Fan Meeting Point to the Blue gate at the stadium.
For supporters with accessibility requirements:
Bus SB2 is a low-floor vehicle, designed for those with accessibility needs and tram ST2 is fully accessible with dedicated spaces for wheelchair users.

🏟️ At the stadium
We don’t recommend bringing luggage, however there is limited space to deposit oversized bags at the stadium.
If you leave an item at the Bag Deposit, please be patient when queuing, particularly after the match when a wait time is expected.
Flags and banners 🏴
If you intend to bring a flag or banner larger than 2m x 1.5m into Wroclaw Stadium, please send a photo and corresponding fire certificate for each to supporter.relations@chelseafc.com.
This information will be shared with UEFA for approval. The deadline to submit your flag or banner details is 17:00 (BST) on Friday, 23 May.
Subject to approval, you must bring a copy of the fire certificate with you on matchday. You will not be able to bring your item into the stadium without this.
Football wouldn’t exist without supporters like you and your love for football is what makes the atmosphere unlike anything else.
We want everyone to feel welcome and we want you to have a memorable night. So remember to always show good sportsmanship for both teams, all players and the match officials. We also kindly ask you to stay in your designated seats.
📄 Stadium rules
When planning your matchday, keep in mind that stadium rules for the 2025 UEFA Conference League final may differ from the usual regulations at the stadium.
🎒 Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed into the stadium.
🔋 You can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.
🪪 Make sure you have a valid original form of ID on you. It will be required to support you in case of a ticket issue.
🚭 Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products, is not allowed inside the stadium.

👋 After the match
If the match is decided in normal time, the post-match Trophy Ceremony and accompanying celebrations should finish by 23:30.
If there’s extra time or penalties, expect the action on the pitch to continue until around 00:15.
Football is unpredictable and things can change. Please consider these times as estimates.
🚌 Post-match travel
Go to the Chelsea Coach Parking at Lotnicza Stadium. Your coach will then travel back to the airport for your flight home.
After the match frequent bus and tram services will travel to the city centre until 01:00, including to Wroclaw Glowny train station.

2️⃣ From Tarczynski Arena - Lotnicza take bus SB2, 243 or 253 or the ST2 tram 🚌 🚃
➡️ Drop-off at Orlat Lwowskich – approx. 20 min (Bus SB2 and ST2 tram only)
➡️ Drop-off at Wroclaw Glowny – approx. 30 min
Less frequent services run from 01:00 via the 243 and 253 buses from Tarczynski Arena - Lotnicza.
Special train services will run from Wroclaw Stadion to Wroclaw Glowny after the match until 01:15.

A Chelsea supporter liaison officer will be present at the stadium on matchday to assist with enquiries.
