As an existing ticket buyer, the ticketing team will keep you updated with further details over the next couple of months, so keep an eye on your inbox.

I have applied for a visa or FAN ID, but it will not be valid in 2021. What do I do?

If you have applied for a FAN ID to attend the matches in Saint Petersburg, please keep an eye on your inbox. The team will get in touch with you directly with news on FAN ID procedures in 2021.

Just keep in mind that if you’ve already received your FAN ID for 2020, it now won't be valid to enter Russia for the original validity period (30 May to 13 July 2020).

For all other visas, you may want to get in touch with your local embassy or apply for a new visa. However, our recommendation is to wait until later in the year to assess the best option for you.

I was selected as a volunteer for UEFA EURO 2020. What happens now?

The local organiser (LOS) will reach out directly to all EURO 2020 volunteers via email. We recommend checking your inbox for further advice on what happens next. All volunteers initially confirmed in January 2020 will be offered the chance to remain part of the team in 2021.
