Four players will sit out the UEFA EURO 2016 semi-finals through suspension.

Portugal: William Carvalho
Wales: Ben Davies, Aaron Ramsey
Germany: Mats Hummels

France go into their last-four fixture unscathed. Indeed, they actually welcome back two players from suspension: N'Golo Kanté and Adil Rami.

In accordance with Article 48.04 of the official regulations, single cautions from matches in the final tournament expire on completion of the quarter-finals. They are not carried forward to the semi-finals.
