Murawski in for Poland

Maciej Murawski has replaced the injured Radoslaw Kaluzny in the Poland squad for their friendly match against Belgium on Wednesday.

World Cup appearance
Murawski, of German club DSC Arminia Bielefeld, was a substitute for FC Energie Cottbus player Kaluzny in Poland's sole FIFA World Cup finals win in Korea/Japan, the 3-1 victory against the United States.

Boniek confirms news
Polish coach Zbigniew Boniek said: "Kaluzny injured his ankle while training with his club. It is already known he will be out for at least ten days." Murawski joins Bielefeld team-mates Daniel Bogusz and Artur Wichniarek in the Polish squad.

The friendly against Belgium is a warm-up for Poland's EURO 2004™ qualification campaign, in which they meet Hungary, Sweden, San Marino and Latvia.
