Portugal 1-2 Greece
Painted red and green, Portugal woke up excited as the public took over squares, streets and bars. From Praça D. João I in Porto, through Parque das Nações in Lisbon to the bars of Albufeira and Vilamoura, the excitement turned into nervousness in the opening minutes of the match, with discomfort at the first Greek goal and great disappointment at the end. Rather than protests, the night ended in resignation. And some hope for the future. (A Bola)
A Greek miracle. Those who thought that the dream had already been achieved, with Greece's qualification for the finals, should check once again. The dream continues and it gets more beautiful every day. (Athlitiki Echo)

Spain 1-0 Russia
They won. So we can look beyond such issues as the lack of shape in the team, [Rubén] Baraja's apparent lack of fitness, the inability to kill off opponents, and the increasingly questionable inclusion of Raúl González in the starting lineup. It has to be said that the worst fears came true early on, so uncertain were the players in [Georgi] Yartsev's defence. It looked as if they were scared to see Raúl [González] and [Fernando] Morientes in front of them. Only by a stroke of luck was [Sergei] Ovchinnikov not beaten in the opening minutes of the game. The Spanish kept wasting their chances, knowing they would score sooner or later. (gazeta.ru)
