Glyvynskiy joins Ukrainian Friends of EURO

National-team press officer Olexandr Glyvynskiy, one of Ukraine's most popular television presenters and commentators, has been unveiled as the latest Friend of UEFA EURO 2012.

Popular television reporter and commentator Olexandr Glyvynskiy, who is also the press officer of Ukraine's national team, has been unveiled as the latest Ukrainian Friend of UEFA EURO 2012.

Ukrainian tournament director Markiyan Lubkivskiy went on national breakfast TV programme Pidyom (Wake Up) to give Glyvynskiy his official diploma. He also announced that Glyvynskiy would join Mykola Vasylkov and Olexandr 'Fozzi' Sydorenko – who became Friends of EURO last week – as panellists on the 2012: Creating History Together quiz show, a contest whose 12 winners will be the final members of the public to be named Friends of EURO.
