Euro 2012 – Polska Sp. z o.o. (LOC Poland) is a company created and fully owned by the Polish Football Association (PZPN) to take care of the preparation and the organisation of the UEFA European Football Championship 2012 in Poland.
Key figures in Poland are Grzegorz Lato, president of Euro 2012 (Polish) and PZPN president; and Adam Olkowicz, Poland tournament director and PZPN vice-president.
