The Football Association of Wales (FAW) appointed Jonathan Ford as its new chief executive in January.

Ford, 39, has extensive marketing experience from years spent with MTV and radio station Atlantic 252 and, since 2000, with Coca-Cola.

During that time he project-managed Coca-Cola's marketing strategy for UEFA EURO 2004 as well as campaigns for UEFA EURO 2000, the 2002 FIFA World Cup finals, the 2002 Commonwealth Games and the 2003 Rugby World Cup.

Jonathan took over from the outgoing secretary general, David Collins, who has retired after serving the FAW since 1995.
