UEFA has appointed Contact Center as the first line ticketing customer services provider for the UEFA EURO 2012 final tournament in Poland and Ukraine.

Contact Center – the biggest call centre company in Poland with 17 sites all over the country and extensive experience in providing customer services in sports – will be responsible for the operational implementation and maintenance of the first line general public support for the upcoming UEFA European Football Championship.

Customer services are being delivered to all general public customers who may have questions concerning the ticketing process. The services by Contact Center cover six languages – English, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, German and French – and are available on working days from 08.00 to 20.00.

This agreement does not include the sales of the tickets, which will be carried out exclusively by UEFA through the official ticket portal in the UEFA EURO 2012 ticketing section of UEFA.com. Ticket sales will begin on 1 March and will conclude on 31 March this year.
