Estonia coach Tarmo Rüütli has welcomed back midfielder Andrei Sidorenkov and forward Vladimir Voskoboinikov to his 22-man squad for their UEFA EURO 2012 play-off against the Republic of Ireland.

In their first-ever matches at this stage, Estonia play host to Ireland on 11 November before a trip to Dublin four days later. Returning to the selection are Viborg FF's Sidorenkov, who last played in June's 2-0 loss in the Faroe Islands, and FC Khimki striker Voskoboinikov, out of favour since the Asian tour last December and not used at all in qualifying.

Voskoboinikov takes the place of Sergei Zenjov, who injured his knee on Sunday playing for FC Karpaty Lviv against FC Dnipro Dnipropetrovsk, though he was suspended for the first leg in any case. "All the players are well-known in our team," said Rüütli. "There's no place for major changes or surprises in the squad before the final two matches of the campaign."

Explaining the two additions, the coach added: "Players can get injured at the last moment, and I need to have room for choice. Sidorenkov and Voskoboinikov have already proved themselves in the national team. They are doing well at their clubs and I think they deserve to be in the team."
