The format for Tournament Predictor is simple: fill in the scores from the group phase until the final and your UEFA European Championship winners and runners-up will then be highlighted.
Deadlines
You can make predictions for the whole tournament right until the kick-off of the first match (18.00CET on 8 June). At this point, predictions will be locked.
Scoring
You score points on a match-by-match basis, depending on the accuracy of your predictions. Points will be awarded for perfect scorelines and correct outcomes.
Example of a perfect scoreline:
Correctly predicting a 3-1 victory for England against Spain
Example of a correct outcome:
Correctly predicting England to beat Spain, but with a different scoreline to the actual result
You score 0 points for incorrect predictions.
You will score additional points for correctly predicting quarter-finalists, semi-finalists, finalists, winners and runners-up
Scoring summary
For each individual match of the tournament:
Predicting a perfect match result: 20 points
Predicting the correct outcome: 5 points
Incorrect predictions: 0 points
Quarter-finals:
Predicting a quarter-finalist in the correct location: 10 points
Predicting a correct quarter-finalist (in any location): 5 points
Semi-finals:
Predicting a semi-finalist in the correct location: 25 points
Predicting a correct semi-finalist (in any location): 10 points
Final:
Predicting a correct finalist (regardless of location): 40 points
Overall tournament:
Predicting the winners: 80 points
Predicting the runners-up: 40 points
