Nemsadze forced out of Georgia squad

Georgi Nemsadze is out of the Georgia squad to face South Africa and Kakha Kaladze is a doubt.

Georgia captain Georgi Nemsadze has been ruled out of Alexander Chivadze's squad for the friendly match against South Africa next Wednesday.

Kaladze still waiting
Dundee FC midfield player Nemsadze is still recovering from injury, while AC Milan's Georgian defender Kakha Kaladze is also a doubt for the game. Kaladze has refused to turn out for his country again until his 21-year-old brother, Levan, is freed after being kidnapped in Georgia ten months ago. He will, however, fly to Tblisi and will play in the match if he receives news of Levan's release.

Domestic replacements
With defender Zurab Khizanishvili and forward Mihail Kavelashvili also unavailable, head coach Chivadze has called up five players from the Georgian Premier League. The FC Dinamo Tblisi pair of Alexander Amisulashvili and Vitali Daraselia have been included in the party for the first time, while FC Dinamo Batumi goalkeeper Georgi Chanturia returns after a three-year absence.
