Mobile Tickets 📲

All tickets will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. Our ticketing team will provide updates by email in the lead-up to the final.

There are two types of accessibility tickets – Wheelchair User and Easy Access. A complimentary companion ticket can be added to your order during the ticket application window. Transfer the companion ticket to your guest before matchday.

Information on ticket sales will be communicated in due course via the Europa League final tickets FAQs.

If you have a Wheelchair or Easy Access ticket and can no longer attend, you should only transfer your ticket to a fan who meets and shares the same requirements (e.g. a wheelchair ticket should only be transferred to a fan needing a wheelchair).

Medical exemptions ⚕️

There is no need to request approval in advance. Each case will be assessed on their individual circumstance during stadium entry. Please arrive at the stadium with plenty of time for this process to take place.

Volunteers 🙋

A dedicated team of accessibility volunteers will be available to support you on-site. These volunteers will be wearing blue bibs.

Audio-descriptive commentary (ADC) 🗣️

The service will be available on the UEFA Europa League app. Simply bring your fully charged mobile phone with the app already installed and your own pair of headphones and then:

If you have any questions or issues with audio-descriptive commentary, speak to one of our accessibility volunteers.
