🚨 Stadium rules
Even if you are regular visitor to the stadium, keep in mind that it may operate differently for the UEFA Europa League final 2025 and rules may be different from what you are used to.
🎒Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed in the stadium.
🔋 You can bring a small power bank, no larger than your phone.
🪪 Make sure you carry valid original ID with you. Accepted forms of ID: passport, national identity card or driving licence.
❌ The sale of alcoholic drinks at the stadium is prohibited as per Spanish law.
🚭 Smoking, including the use of e-cigarettes and heat-not-burn tobacco products, is not allowed inside the stadium.
🚫 Check out the list of forbidden items. Umbrellas (of any kind) and professional cameras are not permitted inside the stadium.
🏟️ At the stadium
All tickets will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. Once logged into one phone, you will not be able to access your tickets from another phone. Account sharing is not possible.
The initial recipient of the tickets will be responsible for transfers on the app, using the TRANSFER button.
The person who receives the ticket will not be able to transfer it further. However, they can send the ticket back to the initial recipient by clicking on the RETURN button.
Ensure tickets are transferred to those attending the match before arriving to the stadium. A transfer after entering the stadium security perimeter is not possible.
Only access the stadium via the route stated on your ticket. A colour will be displayed on your ticket and this will correspond to your access route.
Official Shops at the stadium will offer a range of UEFA Europa League final 2025 merchandise such as t-shirts, hats and match scarves.

Food carbon labelling 🌍
UEFA and Just Eat Takeaway.com are helping fans make more informed food choices. All items on the menu at the Europa League final will be given a carbon rating from A (very low emissions) to E (very high emissions), so you can choose lower-carbon options. Menus are also being adjusted to reduce their overall carbon impact.

Stadium entry & security ✅
Gates will open at 18:00 for a 21:00 kick-off. We recommend arriving at the stadium 3 hours before the start of the match to allow sufficient time for ticket and security checks.
Re-entry is not permitted. If you choose to leave the stadium, you will not be allowed back in.
You’ll still be allowed to enter the stadium as long as the security situation allows it. However, entrances may close at some point during the game, and you may not be permitted entry, so start your journey well in advance and allow additional time for security checks.
There is no minimum age to attend the match, but everyone must hold a valid match ticket in order to enter the stadium, regardless of their age.
Yes, ticket holders under the age of 16 can only enter the stadium with an accompanying adult. The accompanying adult MUST have a valid match ticket.
You can bring flagpoles that are a maximum of 1m long and 1cm in diameter and banners or flags that are a maximum of 2m x 1.5m.
You can bring any flag or banner you like, as long as they are not banned or carry any forbidden or discriminating symbols that would constitute a criminal offence in Spain. All items must meet the general requirements for flags / flagpoles or banners as outlined above.
There is no need to request approval in advance. Each case will be assessed on their individual circumstance during stadium entry. Please arrive at the stadium with plenty of time for this process to take place.
If you have lost something at the stadium, please speak to a steward for support.
Any items lost or found should be taken to the police station at 20-22 Elcano Kalea in the city centre, which will be open 24 hours.
At the stadium 🏟️
Smoking is not allowed inside the stadium. This policy includes vaping, e-cigarettes, and heat-not-burn tobacco products.
We strongly recommend not bringing a bag with you on matchday. Bags larger than A4 size won’t be allowed inside the stadium.
No food or drink can be brought into the stadium. This includes drinks containers, whether full or empty.
Alcohol will not be on sale once you complete security checks or inside the stadium as per Spanish law.
