Homeward bound
The 23-year-old returned to the Slovakian Superliga last January when he joined 1. FC Košice on loan, but has now agreed a four-year deal with Petrzalka after Košice were relegated.
Midfield duo
Kozák, who made only 13 appearances over two seasons with Slavia, will link up with Petrzalka's other new signing, Gábor Straka. The 21-year-old midfield player arrived recently from second division Dunajska Streda.
Passports ready
Meanwhile, Petrzalka, who were runners-up in the league behind MŠK Zilina and will play in the UEFA Cup qualifying rounds, have released their former Middlesbrough FC defender Vladimír Kinder. The 34-year-old has left for Austrian club Untersiebenbrun.
