Yonathan Del Valle, Rio Ave forward
It was a great night. For me, the team and the supporters it was an important victory. We played well and won. It was a hard-fought match, but we were better. We feel some sadness at exiting the Europa League because we could have gone further.

We want to return to the Europa League next year. I am always motivated to show my value, whether it is in the league, or whether it is in the Europa League. In May or June, we will see about my future. I leave everything in God's hands. I want to continue doing things well for Rio Ave. The first goal was beautiful, but the best goal of my career was one I scored with the Venezuela Under-20s.

Renan Bressan, Rio Ave midfielder
It was a good farewell to the Europa League. We played well in the games but it just so happened that today we got the win. It is a pity we cannot start the group stage over again now, given the experience we have gained. Rio Ave is growing. We managed four points, but we could have got more. Against Steaua we were pegged back to a draw in the last minute. Overall, we made a positive contribution.

Thomas Enevoldsen, AaB midfielder
Of course I am happy [to qualify] as it is a big performance by the club. It was a tough group and if you had said we would go through then I think everyone would have been very happy. We are qualified and we should be really satisfied, although the game we played today was really bad and probably our worst performance of the season.

Rio Ave totally deserved to win as they were the better side over 90 minutes. At home we always play well and score goals, whereas away we have not scored any goals in the group stage and we did not score at APOEL in the Champions League qualifiers either. We have a problem when we play away but now we are going on a long vacation and we will be able to think about what has gone wrong and try to find a solution.

There is no club I would particularly like to be drawn against or avoid. It is possible to win against any team. I have been at this club for many years and was part of a team that beat Sampdoria and Deportivo La Coruña over two games, and part of a team that almost beat Manchester City over two games, losing on penalties. Of course there are a lot of big teams but we are a good team. We have to be better away and we will just have to wait and see who we get.

Nicolai Larsen, AaB goalkeeper
After that match I am mostly disappointed. It is a weird feeling as we did not play well and lost 2-0 but my mood is a little bit better right now because we are through to the next round. It was a busy game for me as they had a lot of shots and it was nice to make some saves, especially in the first half, but we could not hold them out. Their attack was very good and we disappointed a little bit in terms of our organisation. The first goal by Del Valle was a very, very nice shot. He made the ball go high at first and then drop down into the top corner. It was a great shot.

I do not know why there is such a difference between our home form and our away form. This has been a problem for us over the last six months. We have a good basis in our home form and get a lot of points there. We have to look at what we are doing wrong in away games. It could be fun to play a big club like Liverpool or Inter Milan or somebody like that. We are in it to win it. I know we would be underdogs but it would be fun. How far we can go depends on who we are drawn against. Hopefully we can get through the next round so that the European adventure lives on.
