English winger Richard Barnwell has been loaned to ÍA Akranes by fellow UEFA Cup contenders FC Levadia Tallinn.
The 25-year-old, who has been playing for Levadia's reserve team and is also contracted as a youth coach, will be part of ÍA's squad until the end of their domestic season on 18 September. Barnwell played non-league football in England before moving to the United States as a youth coach, where he met Estonian tennis player Kriss Põldma.
