SC Heerenveen have landed Polish international left-back Tomasz Rzasa on a free transfer from UEFA Cup rivals FK Partizan.

Edman departure

European success
The 31-year-old spent just one season with Partizan after arriving last summer from Feyenoord, where he had played for four years. With the Rotterdam club, Rzasa won the UEFA Cup in 2001/02.
