Juan Ramon Epitié has been released from his contract with Deportivo Alavés by mutual consent leaving him free to find a new club.
Huelva spell
The player was under contract until 2004 and will continue training with Alavés' third-division feeder club until he finds another team. Epitié arrived at Alavés last season before going to second division RC Recreativo de Huelva on loan, scoring five goals in 29 matches to help them return to the Primera División.
Burgos loan
After returning to Alavés in pre-season, coach José Manuel Esnal sent him on loan again to second division Real Burgos CF. However, Burgos were relegated to the the third division for financial irregularities so Epitié had to return once again to Alaves.
