Braga increase attacking options

SC Braga have signed Andrija Delibasic on loan and retained the services of João Tomás on a two-year deal.

SC Braga have signed Serbo-Montenegrin forward Andrija Delibasic on a season-long loan, while also retaining the services of João Tomás on a permanent basis.

Disappointing season
Delibasic hit three goals in 12 appearances for RCD Mallorca last season before being loaned out to SL Benfica where he appeared only three times as a substitute in their championship-winning campaign. The 23-year-old said of his move to the UEFA Cup hopefuls: "I want to help the club and take part in a stronger team. I am here to score goals."

Tomás stays
Meanwhile, Portuguese international striker João Tomás has signed a two-year contract with Braga after being released by Spanish side Real Betis Balompié. Tomás enjoyed a successful loan spell at the Estádio Municipal de Braga last term, scoring 15 goals in 29 appearances.
