Finalists to meet the press

UEFA Cup finalists Middlesbrough FC and Sevilla FC have announced media open days ahead of their showdown in Eindhoven on Wednesday 10 May. Members of the international media will have the opportunity to interview the coaching and playing staffs of both teams.

Sevilla open day
Sevilla's open day will take place on Friday 5 May at 12.00CET at the Ramón Sánchez-Pizjuán stadium. All players will be available to speak to members of the press. For further information, contact Jesús Gómez Jiménez (prensa@sevillafc.es). Media should indicate in their emails which players they would like to talk to in order of preference.

Middlesbrough session
Middlesbrough will hold their press day on Saturday 6 May from 12.30-14.30 local time. It will be preceded by a training session, with the first 15 minutes open to media starting at 10.30. Both events will be hosted at the Riverside stadium. Interested media should contact Dave Allan (Dave.Allan@mfc.co.uk). Journalists should specify in their emails which players they would like to speak to in order of preference.

Pre-match arrangements
In addition, both sides will stage a pre-match press conference and training session the day before the final at the PSV Stadion in Eindhoven. Sevilla's press conference will be at 12.00CET, with Middlesbrough holding their briefing at 13.00. The English club will train from 19.00-19.45, with the first 15 minutes open to journalists, with the Spanish team training from 20.00-20.45 and the first 15 minutes being open.

Accreditation procedure
Media organisations that have successfully applied to UEFA may collect their accreditation, required for both training sessions and the press conferences as well as the game itself, from the official Accreditation Centre at the following times: 8 May from 15.00-18.30; 9 May from 09.00-19.30; 10 May from 09.00-20.45. Further information on the location of the Accreditation Centre will be dispatched with the confirmation emails to be sent out.
