Relentless Kairat and Dina Moskva advance

Kairat Almaty and ISK Dina Moskva became the first two teams to book their places at the April finals with victories on Friday, while Inter FS will meet Sporting Clube de Portugal on Sunday to win Group A after both triumphed again today. FC Barcelona and Lokomotiv Kharkiv go head to head to top Group D on Saturday.

Group A day two
Futsal Team Charleroi 0-4 Inter FS
• Two quickfire doubles were the difference between a dominant Inter and determined Charleroi in Odivelas. Borja (10) and Mario Rivillos (12) broke the resistance of the Belgian side but Inter's second success in the section was not confirmed until Pola and Rivillos struck in the space of 80 seconds late in the game. 

Sporting Clube de Portugal 8-2 FC Grand Pro Varna
• Sporting also won again but will have to overcome Inter on Sunday to claim the finals berth from Group A as their goal difference is two shy of their rivals. Two first-half goals from Alex set the hosts on their way with Fabio Lima and Paulinho claiming hat-tricks as Sporting employed Fábio Aguiar as a flying goalkeeper in an attempt to increase their goal tally. 

Group B day three
Slov-Matic Bratislava 1-4 ISK Dina Moskva
• The Russian side eased into the finals with a comfortable victory on the last day of action in the Czech Republic. Requiring only a point to progress, Dina Moskva led 2-0 at the break through a Damir Khamadiyev effort that struck both posts before going in and Daniil Kutuzov's cute redirection of Dmitri Prudnikov's drive. Though Ladislav Mikita pulled one back for the Slovakian outfit, Esquerdinha and Carlinhos confirmed qualification.

Araz Naxçivan 0-6 FK EP Chrudim
• Dina Moskva's victory ended Chrudim's hopes of advancing but the hosts were at least able to console themselves with a routine victory and second spot courtesy of six different goalscorers in Pardubice.

Group C day two
FK Nikars Riga 5-5 KMF Ekonomac Kragujevac
• The two defeated sides from Thursday were eliminated on matchday two after this topsy-turvy draw. Ekonomac held the upper hand until the final quarter of the contest but had to summon two equalisers, from Marko Pršić and Miloš Stojković, to share the spoils after Maksims Sens sparked a turnaround by playing as a flying goalkeeper for the best part of the second half.

Kairat Almaty 11-7 Sporting Club de Paris
• Cacau's men reached the finals with a game to spare with their second 11-goal spree in the section. Sporting, who also won their opener yesterday, edged 4-3 in front early in the second half only for seven unanswered goals – including four in a three-minute blitz – to flatten the visitors. Divanei, Alexandre Moraes and Joan all scored twice, the latter's double notched in the space of 29 second-half seconds. "Kairat played against a decent Sporting team," said Cacau. "We attacked well but were poor defensively. Overall, it was a good match."
