Accessibility
Our aim is to make the Nations League finals fully accessible for everyone and create a diverse and inclusive environment to meet the needs of football fans.
This page will provide the key details to help with your planning.
🗺️ Accessible travel to and in Munich
All trains arriving at Munich Central Station have been accessible without barriers. Deutsche Bahn trains are generally accessible for fans with limited mobility; carriage doors are wide enough to fit wheelchairs and trains are equipped with dedicated wheelchair spaces.
Booking a Deutsche Bahn train ticket
• Wheelchair spaces on Deutsche Bahn trains must be booked in advance.
• It’s recommended to select a connection with sufficient transfer time.
• Equipment such as walking aids can be carried free of charge.
• Deutsche Bahn have a dedicated Mobility Service Centre (MSZ) to support you with your planning. They can also organise assistance for boarding, transferring or getting off a train.

If you require additional assistance, make sure you inform your airline in advance of the kind of support you need. Visit the dedicated mobility and accessibility page on the Munich International Airport website for information on services available on arrivals and departures. It is best to do this at least 48 hours before you start your journey to allow plenty of time for arrangements to be made.
There are a large number of designated disabled parking spaces (link available in German only) throughout the city. Please note that we do not recommend driving into the city centre as matchday traffic may increase your journey time considerably. Explore using a Park + Ride facility and transit onto public transport to continue your journey.
Almost all stops within the Munich transport network are now accessible, with new U-Bahn, bus, tram and S-Bahn vehicles designed to make boarding easier for fans with mobility impairments by providing additional ramps and technical equipment.
Fans with visual and hearing impairments can request further resources to help with journey planning.
There are various taxi companies specialising in inclusive transportation, including transport for wheelchair users via a ramp or lift whilst remaining in their wheelchairs for the entirety of the journey.
🧭 Stadium travel
Plan your journey before setting off. You can find more information on accessible public transport at the dedicated MVG accessibility page (German only). Almost all stops on the Munich transport network are accessible.
Ticket holders are recommended to use the accessible U-Bahn line U6 to travel to Fröttmaning station near the stadium.
When you arrive at Fröttmaning station, exit on the south side and follow the signs to the elevators. These will take you to the start of the stadium esplanade, where a buggy service to the south entrance is available. The buggy is accessible, including for wheelchair users.
Accessible parking with pre-registration is available at 📍 car park P1 at the stadium.
Fans with accessible parking tickets can use the car park from 4 hours before kick-off. Please note that all cars need to have a valid Nations League finals parking pass. Parking passes were offered as part of the application process for accessible tickets. Due to heavy matchday traffic, we recommend arriving as early as possible.
⚠️ Please note that only vehicles up to 2m in height can access the area.
There are several taxi companies that specialise in transporting wheelchair users via ramps or lifts, with passengers remaining in their wheelchairs throughout the journey.
At the stadium itself, the taxi drop-off in the south of the stadium. Make sure to inform your driver of your preferred destination as there are multiple taxi stations around the stadium.
🏟️ At the stadium
All tickets will be delivered on the UEFA Mobile Tickets app. Our ticketing team will provide updates by email in the lead-up to the final.
There are two types of accessibility tickets – Wheelchair User and Easy Access. A complimentary companion ticket can be added during ticket application.
If you have a Wheelchair or Easy Access ticket and can no longer attend, you should only transfer your ticket to a fan who meets and shares the same requirements (e.g. a wheelchair ticket should only be transferred to a fan needing a wheelchair).
For event-specific ticketing information, visit the Nations League finals tickets FAQs.

A dedicated team of accessibility volunteers will be available to support you on-site. These volunteers will be wearing blue bibs.
There are 8 accessible toilets behind the accessible seats on the main stand (Blocks 101-108) and 8 accessible toilets behind the accessible seats on the opposite stand (Blocks 117-126).
Concession stands are easily reachable, and selected concession stands behind the accessible seating areas will have dedicated priority lanes.
These lanes will be open for everyone to use, but accessibility volunteers will be on hand to ensure accessible ticket holders receive priority service when they arrive.
If you need to bring something for medical reasons that’s not permitted according to the stadium rules, please get in touch with the UEFA ticketing customer service to request an exemption. This should be done at least 48 hours before the match.
A dedicated accessibility info point will be located between gate E and D on level 2. Our volunteers are happy to assist if you have questions or require any accessibility services.
A wheelchair push service will be offered for guests with limited mobility who did not come in their own wheelchair and need help reaching their seats after the security checks.
This service is available for everyone who needs it. Please reach out for the accessibility volunteers near the entrances – they're happy to help!
The stadium will be equipped with a sensory room which is a specially designed space that provides a calm, safe, and controlled environment for individuals - especially children and adults with sensory processing disorders, autism, ADHD, or anxiety - who may find the typical stadium atmosphere overwhelming.
If you would like to use this service, please reach out to an accessibility volunteer (you can recognise them by the blue bib with the international accessibility icon), or head to the accessibility info point located between gate E and D on Level 2.
Please note that the capacity of the sensory room is limited.
