2020/21 Nations League: new format explained

What the coaches say

Didier Deschamps, France coach: "Not everything was perfect [against Sweden]. It's a new system that worked pretty well. We could have done better in attacking terms. I'll have to make a bunch of changes. I have no doubts about Griezmann; he can play again tomorrow. It would be good for [17-year-old Eduardo Camavinga] to get his first cap."

Zlatko Dalić, Croatia coach: "We suffered one really painful loss and we deserved it. We didn't play well and that wasn't the usual level of Croatia. We have to understand it is the beginning of the season and there are lot of new players in the team. I expect a better result [than in Portugal]. I hugely respect this French team who can boast incredible players. We must be much more down to earth, realistic."
