Sixteen-team Under-17 finals line-up set

Two-time winners England, the Netherlands and Spain are among 15 teams to have joined hosts Croatia in May's finals, with the pots for Monday's draw already confirmed.

Two-time winners England, the Netherlands and Spain are among the 15 teams to have joined hosts Croatia in May's UEFA European Under-17 Championship finals.

The draw is at 18:00CET on Monday 3 April at the Panorama Zagreb Hotel and the finals in Croatia run from 3 to 19 May.

• The eight group winners and the seven runners-up with the best records against the teams first and third in their section have joined hosts Croatia in the finals.

• Holders Portugal were the runners-up who missed out, pipped by a single goal by Bosnia and Herzegovina.

How the draw will work
• Croatia will be placed in position 1 of Group A. The seven best elite round section winners will be in Pot 1 and drawn to fill the remaining positions 1 and 2 in the four finals groups. The remaining teams are in Pot 2 and fill positions 3 and 4.

• England, France, the Netherlands and Spain are going for record third U17 titles.

• The Faroe Islands have qualified for their first final tournament at any level.

• Norway also make their debut, meaning that 40 of UEFA's 55 member nations will have been represented in at least one of the 16 U17 EUROs.

• England have qualified for the 12th time in 16 final tournaments, one ahead of France, Netherlands and Spain.
