Croatia come good against Luxembourg

Croatia needed two goals in the last 20 minutes to defeat UEFA European Under-17 Championship Elite round Group 3 hosts Luxembourg.

Luxembourg put up a tough fight but the deadlock was broken by Mislav Komorski on the hour mark and with two minutes left Antonio Jakoliš settled matters. Croatia coach Ivan Gudelj said: "I am pleased with the victory, and the performance, especially in the second half when we played better than the first." His side now take on Azerbaijan, who lost 1-0 to Luxembourg's Saturday opponents the Netherlands.
