Hosts Estonia will be joined by seven qualifiers from round 2 in the draw on 9 April in Tallinn.

The UEFA European Under-17 Championship final tournament draw, on 9 April in Tallinn, will split hosts Estonia and the seven round 2 qualifiers into two groups of four teams.

The finals will run from 25 May to 7 June and Estonia will be making their U17 EURO final tournament debut.
