The 2010/11 UEFA European Under-19 Championship elite round draw was made at UEFA HQ in Nyon, Switzerland on Tuesday 30 November.

The elite round draw featured 28 nations – the top two finishers from the 13 qualifying round groups and the two third-placed teams with the best record against the sides first and second in their pool.

The sides were drawn into seven groups of four to be played in spring 2011, with one team in each pool appointed mini-tournament hosts. The winner of each group will join hosts Romania in the summer finals.
