• The training ground of the national teams, the Romanian FA Football Centre will hold four games at the 2010/11 UEFA European Under-19 Championship; three group matches and a semi-final.

• The stadium comprises two full-size pitches, both with floodlights; only the main pitch will host matches at the U19 finals. Between the two is an uncovered stand with room for 280 spectators.

• The Football Centre also has an artificial turf pitch, with 60mx40m dimensions, and a three-story hotel.

• The main pitch has hosted matches in youth mini-tournaments, plus official women's, youth and Under-21 matches and the finals of youth and amateur national competitions.

• Mogosoaia is a village in the west of Ilfov county with a population of just over 5,000.
