George Kipiani (Georgia):
We choose the players on the criteria that they know how we want to play. Georgian football is more about playing an intellectual game, so we need guys who understand football. It is good to have good individual players, but he has to know how to play with the team, as a team. I am going to collect all the information after the tournament, I will improve myself also. We want the players to improve and I can say the same about myself, collecting all material and learning some more.
• Deep defensive block.
• Midfield pressing.
• Quick transitions from defence to attack; counterattacking.
• Attacking using the width.
• Good wing play; effective use of full-backs.
• Influential individual players.
• Giorgi Chakvetadze (10) and Giorgi Arabidze (20) showing very good dribbling skills, individual technique, good control and good abilities to run with the ball.
• Giorgi Kutsia (6) providing a good connection between defence and attack.
