Online accreditation

Media representatives intending to cover the 2006 UEFA European Under-21 Championship in Portugal can apply for accreditation from today until Friday 12 May.

Media representatives have until 12 May to apply for accreditation for the UEFA European Under-21 Championship, which will take place in Portugal from 23 May to 4 June.

The hosts will compete in Group A alongside France, Germany and Serbia and Montenegro, while holders Italy tackle Denmark, Netherlands and Ukraine in the other pool. Media representatives intending to cover the tournament must apply directly to UEFA, and can do so as from today via the online accreditation service which can be accessed here. Media who have never used the online accreditation service must register to be able to do so.

Hotel
International media wishing to order telephone or ISDN lines to be installed in the press tribune or in the media working area should order these lines through their own national telecom company, while those from the Portuguese media should contact their account manager within PT Comunicações. Journalists interested in booking a hotel can print off a form, by clicking here, and fax it to the relevant hotel before 30 April.
