San Marino trip no picnic for Krčmarević

Serbia coach Slobodan Krčmarević warned that San Marino will be no pushover as he named his squad for his side's crucial Under-21 qualifier on Wednesday.

Runners-up
Beaten finalists in the 2007 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, Serbia are second in Group 7, five points adrift of Belarus, with only the ten group winners and the four best runners-up earning a place in the two-legged play-offs for the 2009 finals on 11 and 15 October. FK Čukarički defender Milan Vilotić is the only new name in Krčmarević's squad, with Milan Smiljanić, Miralem Sulejmani and Zoran Tošić all being called up to the senior side.

Sound opponents
"San Marino are outsiders in our group, but we cannot start to think that three points are already ours," said Krčmarević. "In Belgrade, they showed enough quality and we must go into the match like any other if we want to avoid a nasty surprise. I have faith in our ability and also believe that we can qualify for the play-offs. Serbia are reigning European vice-champions at this level and our performance means a lot for domestic football."
