The 2027 UEFA European Under 21 Championship play-off draw, at 11:00 CET on Friday 9 October in Nyon, will set four two-legged ties to be played between 9 and 17 November 2026, deciding the last places in the finals in Albania and Serbia from 16 June to 3 July.
The nine qualifying group winners and the runner-up with the best record (not counting results against sixth-placed teams) qualify directly for the final tournament to join co-hosts Albania and Serbia. The eight other runners-up contest the play-offs to determine the four remaining finalists.
