Article body
Serbia and Montenegro made a low-key start to their build-up to the 2006 UEFA European Under-21 Championship, drawing 0-0 against their Tunisian counterparts in Tunis.
Runners-up
The Serbo-Montenegrins finished runners-up to Italy in the last European Championship in Germany in 2004, and could meet the Azzurrini in the knockout stages this summer in Portugal having been paired with the hosts, France and Germany in Group A. Dragomir Okuka was without four key players today and it showed as they rarely looked like breaking the deadlock.
Two booked
Their only effort of note was a Nenad Milijaš free-kick on the hour which flew narrowly over. Lazar Popović (34) and Nemanja Rnić (71) were booked for Serbia and Montenegro.
