The top two teams from each of the four UEFA Women's Champions League groups were involved in the quarter-final and semi-final draw.
All matches in the quarter-finals and semi-finals will be played over two legs. The final will be held at Juventus Stadium in Turin.

Draw procedure
- In the quarter-finals, the four group winners were seeded and drawn against the four group runners-up, though no group winners could meet the runners-up from their own group. The group runners-up will play the first legs at home.
- For the semi-final draw, four balls were prepared: Winner of Quarter-final 1, Winner of Quarter-final 2, and so on. The draw was without restriction, with the first team drawn in each tie playing the first leg at home.
- A final draw was made for administrative purposes between the Winner of Semi-final 1 and Winner of Semi-final 2.
