The UEFA Women's Champions League round of 32 concludes with the second legs on Wednesday and Thursday.

Holders 1. FFC Turbine Potsdam were among 12 seeded teams to win away in the first legs, the German titleholders securing the biggest lead of all with a 9-0 victory against debutants Åland United in Finland. Former European champions FCR 2001 Duisburg and Arsenal LFC also go into their home games with advantages, as do last season's runners-up, Olympique Lyonnais, 2-1 up against AZ Alkmaar ahead of Thursday's Stade de Gerland fixture.

In four other ties, though, the home sides have much tougher tasks. CF Bardolino Verona were beaten 8-0 away by Fortuna Hjørring while, also on Wednesday, Valur Reykjavík must overturn a 3-0 deficit against Rayo Vallecano. PAOK FC, beaten 18-0 on aggregate by Arsenal last season, are 1-0 up as they travel to Austria's SV Neulengbach and on Thursday Everton begin their home leg against MTK Hungária FC level at 0-0.

The draw for the round of 16 in the first two weeks of November has already been made. Potential highlights including a projected match-up between Fortuna and Duisburg, while whoever emerges out of PAOK and Neulengbach are likely to take on Potsdam. The eight eventual quarter-finalists will go into the draw for the rest of the competition on 19 November and the final is in London on Thursday 26 May.
