Ljungberg opener
The Russian side, who scored the opening goal in the first leg before Swedish challengers Umeå stamped their authority on the tie, saw any hopes of progress dashed when Hanna Ljungberg burst into the box to open the scoring after just five minutes.

Wild celebrations
Ljungberg, a Swedish international who scored Umeå's equalising goal in Russia, was in superb form throughout and she struck her second goal of the game ten minutes before the interval to spark wild celebrations among the home faithful.

HJK next
Ryazan scored a consolation in the 70th minute but it was Umeå who had the final say when Luna Runesson made it 3-1 with ten minutes remaining. Richard Holmlund side's will face HJK Helsinki in the last four after they overturned a first-leg deficit to beat SK Trondheims-Ørn 3-2 on aggregate.
