Greece are off the mark in UEFA WOMEN'S EURO 2009™ qualifying Group 3 with victory in Serbia.

Tsoukala winner
Without a point or a goal at kick-off, Greece were put under pressure early on as Marina Nešić went close on seven and 12 minutes. But Dimitra Panteleiadou broke Greece's duck in a 23rd-minute counter attack, and although Serbia equalised 19 minutes from time through Jelena Dimitrijević's free-kick from 25 metres out, Magdalina Tsoukala won the game soon after as she followed up from close range when Tatjana Stojiljković saved. Both these sides now have three points and welcome France for their next group fixtures; Serbia play Les Bleues on 27 October while Greece return to action on 26 April.
