Stage set for Women's U19 final tournament draw

A quality field including five former winners will learn on Wednesday what awaits in July when the group stage draw takes place at half-time of the Israeli Cup final.

Five former winners are among eight teams who will learn their group stage fate in the draw for the UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship in Israel on Wednesday, streamed live on UEFA.com.

The draw takes place during half-time in the Israeli Cup final between Hapoel Beer Sheva FC and Maccabi Tel-Aviv FC at Haifa's Itztadion Sammy Ofer, scheduled for around 20.15CET. The eight teams will be divided into two groups of four, with hosts Israel – the 26th team to grace these finals – in Group A in an otherwise open draw.

The four teams in each group face each other in a round-robin format between 15 and 21 July, with the top two from each advancing to the semi-finals on 24 July. The final takes place three days later at Netanya Stadium, one of four venues along with Ramla Municipal Stadium, Rishon LeZion Haberfeld and Lod Municipal Stadium.
